[Silly Times - REDONE]

Improved Tenfold...

Very catchy and it's a great improvement on the original. I especially like how you changed the synth and added more reverb. Well Done.

Umm... Oh boy...

Well it was interesting but I didn't really like it very much, very few off-beat notes which made it sound far too uniform. It was okay but it just didn't hit me and make me go 'Wow!'. I would also suggest some automated effects or X/Y parameters of synths because I believe that would really improve your songs as well. Hope I helped and didn't sound too harsh.

Interesting...

It is very nice and well thought out and I'm sure it could be used in an animation or video scene, probably something sad like two people leaving each other forever. You captured a strong emotion in the song, well done.

Ha...

It's great, it sort of reminds me of a clown running in a circle. You could probably even develop this into a full song. Great loop.

Umm...

The badly timed pattern changes really out me off the song, let alone the fact it was very plain and had very little depth or bass. I suggest getting a later version of FL Studio, even if it's only a demo, and then doing all your work in there being extra careful with the pattern changes. Good try and better luck next time.

I like this a lot, it just appeals to me and I love the echo-y reverb going on, it makes it sound even better. It's a shame about that hi-hat.

Umm...

Needs to build up quicker in the intro and needs a lot more texture throughout. Maybe keep the drum beat or at least the bass drum in continuously and add in a bassline just to give it a bit of weight and depth. Check out my latest song Rejected Ambience, it has a nice heavy bass almost completely throughout although don't listen to the drum beat if you're looking more towards trance songs.

Good effort though! *gives hi-five*

Bit Boring

The actual melody was good but apart from the sounds every so often and the change in pitch there wasn't much to listen to. If you do another song I recommend using more instruments with some varying melodies and maybe a drum beat to give it some solid structure.

Yeah, I was doubting about that. I wanted people to hear the melody because I think it's one of the best I ever made, but there was a good chance I would screw up the song if adding too much sounds. I could let the beat sound a bit harder or just search another one.
